Korea Advanced Materials Acquires Live Connection for 3.4 Billion Won

[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon] #Korea Advanced Materials announced on the 4th that it has decided to acquire 640,000 shares of Live Connection, a concert planning and event production company, for 3.39968 billion won. This represents 26.08% of its equity and 18.44% of its total assets as of the end of last year.

Following the acquisition, Korea Advanced Materials will hold a 100% stake in Live Connection. The counterparty to the transaction is Satoshi Holdings, the largest shareholder, and the purchase price is scheduled to be paid in a lump sum on the 11th using the company’s own funds.

The company stated that the purpose of this acquisition is to "expand revenue and pursue new business ventures."
