Alois Files for a Preliminary Injunction to Prohibit the Exercise of Voting Rights

[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon] #Alois announced on the 4th that plaintiff Kwon Mo has filed a petition for a preliminary injunction prohibiting the exercise of voting rights with the Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Court.

The petitioner requested the court to prohibit debtors Shin and Lee from exercising voting rights, either directly or through a proxy, on all Alois common shares they hold at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for the 12th, as well as any subsequent or postponed meetings.

The company stated, "We plan to respond in accordance with legal procedures."
