SK Securities has consistently improved its consultation quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction. The company has strengthened its ability to provide tailored responses to specific customer situations through practical training based on consultation scenarios, case-based coaching, and consultation quality monitoring. Additionally, the company analyzes customer feedback (VOC) both quantitatively and qualitatively to incorporate insights into improvements of its consultation processes and customer channels. This is a measure designed to respond more swiftly and accurately to changes in the financial environment and evolving customer needs. SK Securities explained that this selection is a recognition of the on-site efforts and customer-centric service provided by the agents at the Smart Finance Center. The agents have prioritized customer trust and focused on delivering reliable service. Kim Dong-hwan, Head of the WM Business Division at SK Securities, stated, “Being selected as an Excellent Call Center for two consecutive years is the fruit of the dedication and hard work of our agents, who have done their utmost on the front lines to deliver customer-centric service.” He added, “We will continue to strengthen our service competitiveness to provide consultation quality that exceeds customer expectations and differentiated financial services.”
