Galaxy Captures BTS Fans’ Hearts… Samsung Unveils Interactive Program at Busan Concert

Translate Cheer Messages and Create Photo Cards with the Galaxy S26 Sharing "Immersive Performance Culture" Content on Social Media Galaxy Experience Events at Ami Madang and Samsung Store Limited-edition commemorative pins available by tour city

[Edaily Reporter Shin Young-bin] #Samsung Electronics will unveil an interactive program utilizing Galaxy devices at the BTS World Tour concert in Busan. The initiative aims to help audiences immerse themselves in the performance while capturing and sharing the emotional moments of the show using the camera and artificial intelligence (AI) features of the Galaxy S26 series.

Samsung Electronics announced on the 5th that it will operate a Galaxy-based concert experience program at the “BTS World Tour Arirang in Busan” event, scheduled to take place on the 12th at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium.

Samsung Electronics signed a global partnership with HYBE last March and has been collaborating at BTS World Tour venues around the world. Starting with the Busan concert, the company is preparing various linked programs to help audiences immerse themselves in the performance and cherish the excitement of the moment for a long time.

At this concert, a “concert immersion culture” program will be held, encouraging audience members to put down their mobile devices for a moment and focus on the stage. This program was first introduced at the concert in Stanford, California, on May 16.

Samsung Electronics is capturing moments of the audience fully enjoying the concert with the Galaxy S26 Ultra and sharing them on the Samsung social media channel “Samsung With Galaxy” on Instagram. The company plans to release related content from major World Tour venues, including London, UK; East Rutherford, USA; and Toronto, Canada, in the future.

An interactive experience booth will also be set up at the Busan concert venue. When audience members use the Galaxy S26 series to write messages of support, Galaxy AI will translate them into Korean in real time and display them on a large LED wall. The messages will be instantly printed as photo cards and given to the audience, and they will also be delivered to BTS after the concert.

At the official logo photo wall, photos taken with the Galaxy S26 Ultra can be printed on the spot with the concert city name and official logo superimposed. The experience booths will be open until 6:00 PM during the concert period.

Samsung Electronics will also host a Galaxy experience program at “BTS The City Arirang Busan,” an event held in conjunction with the BTS Busan concert. From the 10th to the 14th, the company will introduce the AI-based editing features of the Galaxy S26 series at the offline experience space “ARMY Madang,” located at The Bay 101 in Busan.

Visitors can use the “Creative Studio” feature to create their own stickers from selfies and print physical stickers featuring the official logo on the spot. Creative Studio is an AI-based editing feature of the Galaxy S26 series that allows users to create images and stickers with simple text input and touch.

Programs in collaboration with major Samsung Store locations in the Busan area will also be held. At 10 Samsung Stores in Busan—including Lotte Busan, Shinsegae Centum City, and Lotte Gwangbok—visitors can create content using photos taken with the Galaxy S26 series and messages of support, and easily share it via the Quick Share feature.

Starting with Busan, Samsung Electronics will also provide commemorative “BTS World Tour Arirang” pins featuring the unique characteristics of each tour city. The pins can be obtained at experience booths at concert venues and at designated Samsung Electronics stores, and in cities hosting “BTS The City,” limited-edition ARMY Plaza pins will also be available. All pins are available in limited quantities and may sell out early.

Choi Seung-eun, Vice President and Head of the Mobile Marketing Center at Samsung Electronics’ MX Business Division, said, “The emotional impact of a concert extends far beyond the moment experienced at the venue; it grows even greater when audiences participate in their own way and cherish those memories for a long time.” She added, “Leveraging the Galaxy’s powerful camera, AI, and connectivity, we will continue to expand new experiences linked to the world tour so that audiences can immerse themselves more deeply in the concert and cherish their special moments with the artists in a more meaningful way.”
