He greeted the crowd, saying, “Korea was the first country to export esports to the world,” adding, “Thanks to Korea, esports has spread across the globe. That’s why I always enjoy coming to Korea. We’ve grown together with you.”
Just as he did during his visit to “T1 Base Camp” on the 5th, CEO Huang held a giveaway for NVIDIA’s latest graphics card, the RTX 5090 Founders Edition, as well as a raffle for vouchers for the soon-to-be-released RTX Spark laptop.

is 5090,” adding, “We created GeForce and GTX, and 10 years ago, we reinvented computer graphics with RTX.”
He continued, “We are reinventing the PC for the first time in 40 years,” noting, “It took three years to develop the new chip, codenamed ‘N1X.’” He further explained, “This chip can run computer graphics, DirectX, OpenGL, CUDA, Windows, and AI all at once.”
Jang Byung-kyu, Chairman of Krafton, was also present at the event. Chairman Jang personally hosted the event and even interpreted CEO Hwang’s remarks. Chairman Jang also promised to give out free chicken to attendees at the event.
CEO Hwang and Chairman Jang personally unveiled NVIDIA’s next-generation AI PC, the RTX laptop. The laptop screen displayed a game of PUBG.
Chairman Jang Byung-kyu introduced the product, stating, "The N1X chip is a technology capable of powering not only games but also AI," and added, "The laptop will be released this fall under the name RTX Spark."

PUBG YouTuber "Kim Blue" also joined on stage that day.
Chairman Jang stated, “Krafton has created various global games, including PUBG, Enjoy, and Subnautica,” adding, “Technological advancements have driven the evolution of gaming, and NVIDIA is at the center of that.” He further elaborated, “The technology announced today is a new innovation designed to integrate not only games but also AI into laptops and PCs.”
He also remarked, “Those of you here today will experience the very beginning of the convergence of gaming and AI,” adding, “You will be the first to encounter a new experience called ‘PUBG Ally.’”
PUBG Ally is an AI companion character featured in ‘PUBG: Battlegrounds’ and is a CPC (Companion-based Player Control) system that embodies the motto “Solo, but like a team.”
It was jointly developed by Krafton and NVIDIA and is an AI model that runs on a small language model (SLM) on-device based on NVIDIA ACE.

Chairman Jang said, "NVIDIA is a company with deep roots in the gaming industry," adding, "I think they wanted to see those roots in action at PC cafes. It seems they had a great time with the enthusiastic PUBG players during the event."
He continued, “The RTX Spark is a chip where gaming and AI converge,” noting, “Krafton has also been developing ‘PUBG Ally’ in line with that over the past year or two,” and added, “It was an event where we could share with gamers new chips and technologies, as well as new platforms like PUBG Ally created by the fusion of gaming and AI.”
Chairman Jang remarked, “In terms of AI, Korea is catching up and is currently ranked among the top three globally, but in the gaming sector, I believe we’re performing slightly better than third place.” He added, “So, naturally, they seem to be coming to Korea to seek out game companies.”
Chairman Jang said, “CEO Kim Chang-han couldn’t attend today because he’s on a long business trip to the U.S., but he has been meeting with [NVIDIA CEO Huang] consistently,” adding, “I believe those regular meetings will continue in the future.”
