[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon] IT solutions specialist #Plantynet is partnering with Sungkyunkwan University to accelerate its artificial intelligence transformation (AX).
PlantiNet announced on the 8th that it has signed an agreement for the National Human Resource Development Consortium project, which is being promoted by the Sungkyunkwan University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Korea Human Resources Development Service. Under this agreement, both parties will work together on diagnosing companies’ levels of AI transformation, operating customized training programs, providing project-based learning (PBL) training, offering expert coaching, and supporting AI advancement. They also plan to collaborate on identifying and disseminating successful AI transformation case studies.
Through this project, Plantynet has identified research and development (R&D) and management infrastructure as key AX transformation priorities. In the R&D sector, the company will focus on strengthening technological innovation capabilities using AI, while in the management sector, it plans to enhance operational efficiency by integrating AI into ERP systems and overall business processes.
In particular, the company plans to secure AX capabilities that can be applied in real-world settings—going beyond mere training—through a real-time verification-based education and performance management system involving experts from Sungkyunkwan University.
The company will also establish an ethics and security framework to manage potential risks associated with AI usage, such as data breaches and algorithmic bias.
Kim Jin-hae, Vice Chairman of Plantynet, stated, “We expect this agreement to serve as a significant turning point for Plantynet’s AI transformation,” adding, “We will further strengthen our corporate competitiveness by applying AI-based innovation across our entire R&D and management infrastructure.”
