[Edaily Reporter Shin Young-bin] IT education specialist #MultiCampus is recruiting participants for the first cohort of its “AI Career Start Camp AI.M” training program, designed to cultivate practical AI talent.
MultiCampus announced on the 8th that it is recruiting students for the first cohort of AI.M as part of the AI Campus project organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The AI Campus is a talent development program that provides practical, hands-on training and project experience to young people seeking employment in digital technology fields such as AI and data. The camp’s name reflects its mission to support young people in launching their careers in the AI field.
‘I.M.’ focuses on three key job categories in high demand in the industry: AI engineers, AI app developers, and AI integrators. The detailed curriculum consists of seven tracks: AI Engineer, AI Data Analysis, AI Project Manager, AI Agent Engineer, Intelligent Mobility Engineer, AI Security Engineer, and Interactive UI/UX. Each track has a training duration of six months.
The training goes beyond simply acquiring AI skills to focus on cultivating “talent capable of working with AI.” Aimed at producing practical professionals who can be immediately deployed in the industry, the program is conducted through project-based learning where participants directly solve real-world industry challenges.
Participants will tackle real-world challenges using actual data from AI patent and service companies. Before the program begins, an AX competency assessment evaluates each participant’s AI proficiency, and level-specific preparatory training is provided to ensure readiness for project work. Participants then progress through mini-projects, small-team projects, and comprehensive industry-linked projects, gradually building practical experience and a portfolio.
A practical training environment is also provided. Through MultiCampus’s integrated AI training platform, “AI Studio,” participants can practice with AI models in a virtual machine (VM) environment powered by high-performance GPU servers without the need to install separate software.
Employment support is also provided. Each participant is assigned a dedicated career consultant, and services include one-on-one career counseling, resume, cover letter, and portfolio consulting, mentoring, and special lectures. Even after completion, post-training support continues to facilitate employment, including training on technology trends, job fairs, and mock interviews.
Tuition is fully covered for holders of the National Tomorrow Learning Card. Participants can also receive up to 400,000 won per month in financial support, consisting of a 300,000 won training incentive and a 100,000 won special training allowance.
Recruitment for the first cohort of “I.M.” has been underway since the 1st, and those interested in participating can apply on the Multi Campus Bootcamp website.
