According to a previous media report, Stick Investment recently acquired the 5th series of unregistered, unsecured private placement convertible bonds (CBs) issued by LabGenomics. The investment amounts to 20 billion won. The entity making this convertible bond investment is Stick Rhythm Co., Ltd. The convertible bonds secured by Stick Rhythm can be converted into 13,642,564 common shares. The conversion price is 1,466 won per share, and upon conversion, the investor will secure an 18.38% stake. This investment was made using the "Stick Credit No. 1 Blind Fund," which was established late last year with a total size of 430 billion won. It is a mezzanine investment in a listed company led by the Credit Division.
