Support for Order Integration with 26 E-commerce Platforms
[Edaily Reporter Han Jeon-jin] #CJ Logistics has set out to strengthen its logistics competitiveness by enhancing its fulfillment services for e-commerce sellers. The strategy is to reduce the operational burden on sellers by integrating both business-to-consumer (B2C) deliveries and business-to-business (B2B) shipments for platform suppliers into a single logistics system.

This service is designed to enable the management of not only orders from brand-owned stores and open marketplaces but also B2B shipments for e-commerce platforms from a single logistics hub. Sellers can integrate the entire process—from inventory management to platform-specific product processing, shipping, and delivery—by receiving goods just once.
The company has also enhanced “LoIS eFLEXs,” its e-commerce-dedicated logistics management system. It has expanded functionality to enable order synchronization with a total of 26 e-commerce platforms, including brand-owned stores, open marketplaces, and vertical platforms.
Delivery competitiveness has also been strengthened. CJ Logistics currently operates a “24-hour order cutoff service” that enables next-day delivery for orders placed before midnight. The company plans to enhance sellers’ logistics efficiency and delivery competitiveness by combining fulfillment services with guaranteed delivery.
The company is also continuing to invest in infrastructure. As of the end of March this year, the total operating area of CJ Logistics’ e-commerce fulfillment centers stood at 732,397 square meters—equivalent to 102 soccer fields. The company operates three-temperature centers covering ambient, refrigerated, and frozen storage, as well as automated centers, vertical-specialized centers, and B2B2C integrated logistics centers.
Do Hyung-jun, Head of the Sales Division at CJ Logistics, stated, “We will continue to enhance our ‘More Fulfill’ service so that sellers can reduce the burden of complex logistics operations and focus on product planning, marketing, and sales expansion.”
