Pearl Abyss announced a corporate value enhancement plan after the market closed yesterday, which includes dividends and the cancellation of treasury shares. Based on this year’s operating performance, Pearl Abyss will pay its first-ever dividend since its founding. The dividend amount will be the greater of 10 billion won annually or 10% of net income. Additionally, the company plans to cancel approximately half of its 2,803,945 treasury shares on the 12th. The cancellation is valued at approximately 54 billion won. The company plans to use the remaining treasury shares for employee compensation and to issue shares upon the exercise of stock options. Furthermore, it plans to proceed with a 100 billion won treasury share buyback in the second half of this year.
