[Edaily Reporter Kim Jeong-yu] Coupang is joining Samsung Electronics’ #GratitudeFestival to help revitalize the local economy. The company plans to support the entire shopping experience for consumers purchasing Samsung Electronics products through Coupang’s fast delivery and convenient installation services.

Coupang announced on the 10th that it is participating in Samsung Electronics’ “With the People, Samsung Electronics Appreciation Festival.”

Accordingly, customers who purchase Samsung Electronics home appliances and mobile products on Coupang by the 5th of next month will receive 20% of their purchase amount in the form of digital Onnuri gift certificates.

Coupang ensures that small appliances and smartphones can be received the very next day via Rocket Delivery. For large appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators, installation is supported through the Rocket Installation service. Installation can be scheduled on the date of the consumer’s choosing.

To receive the Onnuri Gift Certificate refund, customers must apply directly via the Samsung.com website or app by September 30. Applications are only accepted for products delivered by September 5. The offer is available to Korean nationals and foreign residents aged 14 and older, and the benefit applies to up to two units per item.

Jeong Ki-dong, Head of Coupang’s Home Appliances and Digital Division, stated, “We aim to provide customers with the best shopping experience by combining Samsung Electronics’ meaningful ‘Win-Win Festival’ with Coupang’s price competitiveness and fast, convenient delivery.” He added, “We hope customers will take advantage of various discount benefits, Rocket Delivery, and Rocket Installation to purchase Samsung Electronics products at the most reasonable prices.”
