It intends to continue pursuing shareholder-friendly policies by linking the acquisition and cancellation of treasury shares. Previously, on March 3, Seoul Evaluation Information canceled 355,000 treasury shares, representing approximately 1% of its total issued shares. This latest treasury share acquisition is also being pursued as an extension of its shareholder return policy through share cancellation. The company is also maintaining a consistent dividend policy. Seoul Evaluation Information paid a cash dividend of 80 won per common share for the fiscal year 2025, and announced in March that it qualifies as a high-dividend company, with an average dividend payout ratio of 56% over the past two years on a consolidated basis. The trend of improved performance is also evident. Seoul Evaluation Information’s consolidated net income for 2025 increased by 153% year-over-year, marking a significant improvement in profitability. Based on this improved performance, the company plans to strengthen communication with the market by establishing plans to enhance corporate value and disclosing its value-up initiatives. An official from Seoul Evaluation Information stated, “We will pursue a balanced approach to our shareholder return policy and corporate value enhancement plan,” adding, “We will strive to strengthen communication with the market and meet shareholders’ expectations.”
