Humax Holdings Enters the Enterprise AX Business

Launch of Customized AX Solution ‘AXNEXUS’ Applying AI to Align with Business Processes and Existing Systems Providing an AI automation framework for the entire development process Expanding Across All Areas: Manufacturing, Development, Quality, and SCM

[Edaily Reporter Shin Young-bin] #Humax Holdings is making a full-scale entry into the enterprise AX (AI Transformation) business, which integrates artificial intelligence (AI) into companies’ actual business processes.

Humax Holdings announced on the 11th that it has launched “AXNEXUS,” a specialized enterprise AX solution brand, and will actively pursue related business initiatives.

AXNEXUS is a customized solution that analyzes each company’s work environment and system structure to design and implement AI applications. Rather than simply introducing generic AI tools, its core approach is a system integration (SI) method that tailors AI to a company’s business processes and existing system architecture.

AXNEXUS is built on a development automation framework that applies AI in stages throughout the entire development process. It supports AI in handling each step of the development process—from requirements gathering, proposal drafting, and design documentation to coding, testing, and deployment.

Traditional development tasks required dedicated personnel for each stage, with significant time and manpower invested particularly in the coding phase. Humax Holdings explained that by leveraging AXNEXUS, these bottlenecks can be automated by AI, thereby enhancing efficiency throughout the entire development process.

Humax Holdings emphasized that its competitive edge lies in its understanding of corporate operations and industrial processes. Over the past 30 years, the Humax Group has operated a global business comprising 20 overseas subsidiaries and 11 factories, directly executing innovations in manufacturing, supply chain management (SCM), and development processes, as well as building IT systems.

Humax Holdings plans to systematize the IT system development and operation know-how it has internalized through this process into AXNEXUS and provide it to corporate clients. By designing AI implementation frameworks with a deep understanding of organizational structures and business processes, the company aims to support practical AI transformation in corporate environments—a challenge that cannot be resolved through the mere adoption of technology alone.

This Enterprise AX initiative also represents an expansion of the company’s existing IT services business. Humax Holdings currently operates enterprise solutions, including the corporate legal AI system “Law.ai.” Moving forward, the company plans to expand the scope of AX application to all areas of corporate operations, including manufacturing, development, quality, and SCM.

A Humax Holdings official stated, “Corporate AI transformation is not about selecting the right tools, but about designing and operating AI to fit the company’s specific business processes and systems,” adding, “Implementation tailored to the corporate environment, rather than generic solutions, drives meaningful transformation.”

The spokesperson added, “Based on the operational innovation experience the Humax Group has accumulated firsthand in global markets over the past 30 years, Humax Holdings will establish itself as a specialized enterprise AX company that collaborates with corporate clients to design and execute their AI transformation from start to finish.”
