PromBio Extends Maturity of 4.2 Billion Won in Short-Term Borrowings

[Edaily Reporter Lee Hye-ra] #PromBio announced on the 11th that it has decided to extend the maturity of short-term borrowings totaling 4.275 billion won.
The loan amount represents 16.35% of the company’s consolidated equity as of the end of last year.
This move involves repaying a portion of the short-term loan from KB Kookmin Bank and extending the maturity of the remaining balance, as a measure to secure working capital. The loan period runs from the 12th to September 11.
With this partial repayment, the company’s borrowings from financial institutions will decrease from the previous 33.85 billion won to 33.625 billion won.
