[Edaily Reporter Lee Hye-ra] #S&K Polytech announced on the 11th that it has decided to sell land and buildings in the Iwon area of Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, for 48 billion won. The sale price of 48 billion won represents 18.87% of the company’s total assets on a consolidated basis as of the end of last year.
The buyer is Cosmax Neo, a company engaged in cosmetics manufacturing and wholesale/retail operations.
The company stated that it plans to improve its financial structure through the asset sale and secure funds for debt repayment and cash liquidity.
