E-Mart announced on the 16th that it will hold a one-week
“First-Half Settlement
” discount event from the 18th to the 24th. The event will feature popular food items and processed foods at special prices, along with interactive activities.

First, from the 18th to the 21st, it will sell “Half-Price Old-Fashioned Whole Chicken” at the deli counter for four days. Customers can purchase it for 2,980 won—a 50% discount off the regular price—when paying with a participating card. This product is a bestseller that sold over 80,000 units in a single week during the “Gorae-it Festa” event last March.

A discount event on all U.S.-imported chilled beef products is also underway. Customers receive a 40% discount when paying with a participating card, and an additional 10% discount applies when paying with a Samsung Card, allowing for a maximum discount of 50%. The flagship product, U.S. Prime Chuck Eye Roll, is sold for 2,490 won per 100g after the discount is applied.

The store has also organized an “All-You-Can-Pick” event to enhance the fun of in-store shopping. For the Lotte Snacks All-You-Can-Pick event, customers can fill a special box with their choice of snacks for 25,000 won, while the Harim The Miseok Instant Rice All-You-Can-Pick event allows customers to fill a special bag with instant rice for 19,980 won.

E-Mart explained that the 'All-You-Can-Pick' event held earlier this year garnered significant attention, particularly on social media, and received a positive response from customers. In fact, during the snack 'All-You-Can-Pick' event held last January, sales in the snack category increased by 20% year-over-year, and the number of customers rose by 15%.

Jeong Woo-jin, E-Mart’s marketing manager, said, “We’ve prepared this discount event focusing on products that were popular with customers in the first half of this year,” adding, “We will continue to strive to offer products that satisfy our customers and maintain competitive pricing.”
