Dongwon F&B announced on the 17th that it has launched two types of nourishing soups: “Yangban Nourishing Black Goat Soup” and “Yangban Beef Shank and Tendon Soup.” The new products are characterized by being simmered in a traditional earthenware pot at 120 degrees for over 8 hours using Hanwoo beef bones and natural ingredients.

The “Yangban Nourishing Black Goat Stew” uses black goats raised on free-range pastures. The flavor is enhanced with traditional Korean medicinal ingredients such as Chinese angelica, astragalus, and licorice, as well as chives, green onions, and perilla leaves. Dongwon F&B explained that they minimized any gamey odor while preserving a mild flavor and chewy texture.

“Yangban Beef Tendon Soup” is a product made with rich beef bone broth and beef tendons. It is seasoned with domestically produced sun-dried salt to achieve a mild and clean flavor.

Both new products are available in 850g pouches. The portion sizes are designed to appeal to everyone from single-person households to families. Simply place the pouch in boiling water for 20 minutes, and it’s ready to eat. Each product is priced at 13,980 won.

To celebrate the launch of these new products, Dongwon F&B will hold a discount sale on Naver Live Commerce’s “New Item It Show” at 9:00 p.m. on the 18th. The broadcast will offer discounts of up to 40% and coupon benefits.
