The two companies plan to formalize their cooperation across all on-site operations for AI data centers, including the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CDUs. Although no specific customers or projects have been finalized yet, the company explained that it will proceed with individual projects based on the signing of formal contracts with customers and NIDEC in the future. Gangwon Energy has been preparing to leverage its existing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) capabilities to establish a system for CDU installation and maintenance, as well as 24-hour service and technical support, in connection with Nidek’s water-cooling business.
