[Edaily Reporter kyoungeun kim ] Chabiotech Co.,Ltd.(085660)announced on the 18th that it will invest 60 billion won in the Pium AI Future Healthcare New Technology Financial Investment Fund.

The investment amount represents 7.41% of the company’s equity capital of 809,248,610,000 won.

Following the investment, Chabiotech Co.,Ltd.’s stake will be 28.99%, and the investment will be made in cash.

The purpose of the investment is to secure the status of a limited partner (LP), and the scheduled investment date is the 26th.
