NH Investment & Securities’ Pension Assets Surpass 20 Trillion Won… Tripled in Four Years

Increased Asset Inflows Centered on DC and IRP Plans Over 900 ETFs Now Available for Investment in Pension Accounts Ministry of Employment and Labor Names Company an “Excellent Provider” in Pension Fund Evaluation for Two Consecutive Years KakaoTalk Pension Channel Also Surpasses 60,000 Friends

[Edaily Reporter Park Soon-yeop] NH Investment & Securities’ pension assets have surpassed 20 trillion won. Driven by continued inflows into pension accounts managed directly by subscribers—such as defined contribution (DC) retirement pensions and Individual Retirement Pensions (IRPs)—the size of pension assets has more than tripled over the past four years.

This growth trend aligns with a shift in the pension market’s focus from competition based on the size of accumulated funds to competition centered on returns and asset management capabilities. NH Investment & Securities has been expanding its product lineup and investment solutions to enable customers to manage their pension assets according to their investment preferences and retirement plans.
It is also strengthening its investment infrastructure. NH Investment & Securities customers can invest in over 900 exchange-traded funds (ETFs) through their pension accounts. The company also offers a variety of investment tools, including a regular investment ETF service, an AI-algorithm-based robo-advisor discretionary management service, and equity-linked securities (ELS) designed specifically for retirement pensions.
The company has also achieved recognition in external evaluations. NH Investment & Securities was selected as an “Excellent Provider” for two consecutive years in the 2025 Retirement Pension Provider Evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. It was the only securities firm to be named simultaneously among the top 10% of providers in the overall evaluation and as an “Excellent Provider” in the securities sector.
Its customer consultation system is also cited as a key differentiator. Through its “Pension Asset Management Center”—a specialized pension advisory unit—NH Investment & Securities provides consultation covering the entire pension lifecycle, from enrollment to management and disbursement. It supports long-term asset management through customized consulting that takes into account each client’s investment profile, retirement timeline, and asset size.
The company also operates pension management services tailored to high-net-worth individuals. Through its “Pension VIP Team,” it provides comprehensive asset management services that include not only pension management but also tax and tax-saving strategies, as well as inheritance and gift tax consulting.
The company is also expanding its digital channels. The KakaoTalk channel “NH Investment & Securities Pension” recently surpassed 60,000 followers. Through this channel, NH Investment & Securities provides pension-related content such as market outlooks, investment strategies, tax-saving information, and updates on pension system changes.
NH Investment & Securities plans to strengthen a structure that drives improved pension returns, builds customer trust, and attracts more assets by combining product competitiveness, investment infrastructure, and advisory services.
Lee Jae-kyung, Executive Vice President of the Channel Solutions Division at NH Investment & Securities, stated, “Since pensions are valuable assets that represent customers’ long-term preparations and their future, we prioritize the asset management experience and results of each and every customer.” He added, “Moving forward, we will continue to support customers in preparing for a stable retirement based on differentiated products and professional advisory services, and we will strive to become the most trusted pension partner.”
