[Edaily Reporter Park Soon-yeop] Employees from the OCIO Division at NH Investment & Securities visited a grape farm in Ongjin County, Incheon, to participate in a volunteer activity to help with farm work.
#NH Investment & Securities announced on the 19th that approximately 20 employees from its OCIO Business Division visited a grape farm in Yeongheung-myeon, Ongjin County, Incheon Metropolitan City, to assist with bagging grapes.

This volunteer activity was organized as part of the “Nongsim Cheonsim (農心天心) Movement,” which embodies the belief that the heart of a farmer is the will of heaven. The employees participated in bagging the grapes to ensure that farms struggling with labor shortages did not miss the critical farming season.
NH Investment & Securities has been continuing its rural support activities, centered on its in-house volunteer group, including providing labor assistance during the busy farming season, operating direct-sales markets for agricultural products, and supporting long-standing projects in partner villages. The company has conducted volunteer activities several times this year and plans to continue providing rural labor assistance during the second-half farming season.
An NH Investment & Securities official stated, “This rural labor assistance activity was a meaningful experience that allowed us to provide even a small amount of support to farming households struggling with labor shortages,” adding, “By directly witnessing the sweat and hard work of farmers on-site, we were able to reaffirm the value and importance of agriculture.”
The spokesperson continued, “As a member of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, we will continue to engage with rural communities without forgetting our commitment to agriculture,” and added, “We will actively participate in various activities aimed at supporting farmers and promoting rural development.”
