Currently, BHI Co., LTD.’s team of athletes with disabilities consists of nine members who compete in various sports, including lawn bowls, table tennis, shuffleboard, and boccia. The company supports these athletes so they can focus on training and improving their performance in a stable environment.
Notably, the company is establishing a corporate social responsibility model that goes beyond simple sponsorship by linking employment with sports activities. The company explains that it provides stable jobs to athletes with disabilities—who face relatively limited employment opportunities—while also helping them continue their athletic careers.
BHI Co., LTD. plans to continue operating its team of athletes with disabilities and expand its employment-linked social contribution activities.
In addition, the company operates various social contribution programs, including sponsorship of Ara Nanum, Bisamo, and the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation. Through these initiatives, it is also striving to support vulnerable groups in the local community and promote a culture of sharing.
