[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] DENTIS CO.,LTD(261200)is accelerating the growth of its global business by expanding overseas approvals for its premium implant brand, “AXEL.”

DENTIS CO.,LTD announced on the 23rd that it recently obtained approval for its AXEL implant products from the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration), Australia’s medical device regulatory agency.

With this approval, the company has laid the groundwork for expanding its implant business in the Oceania region. The company explained that this is particularly significant because it now provides the Australian subsidiary—established last year—with the environment to directly pursue sales and distribution.

Business expansion is also gaining momentum in Vietnam, a key market in Southeast Asia. The Vietnamese subsidiary, established last year, has begun generating substantial revenue this year and has secured a foundation for sales growth following the recent completion of local regulatory approval for the AXEL product.

With the addition of high-value-added implant products to a revenue structure that was previously centered on equipment and solutions, the Vietnamese subsidiary is also expected to see growth in its performance.

DENTIS CO.,LTD assessed that, through these achievements, its overseas subsidiaries have moved beyond the simple market stabilization phase and entered a growth phase characterized by simultaneous regulatory approval and revenue expansion.

AXEL is a premium implant product that boasts high initial stability and ease of placement as its key strengths. The company recently launched a 3.4 mm diameter product suitable for anterior region clinical applications and plans to sequentially introduce a “Long” lineup targeting demand in the European and U.S. markets, as well as a “Wide” lineup aimed at the revision surgery market.

The company’s strategy is to establish a global full product lineup covering all clinical areas and strengthen its competitiveness in overseas markets.

DENTIS CO.,LTD official stated, “AXEL is a key growth driver that will lead the expansion of our global sales share,” adding, “We will support the growth of our new subsidiaries and work to expand our market share in the global implant market by securing more overseas approvals and further enhancing our product lineup.”
