Participants, including officials responsible for IT and administrative innovation from central and local governments, as well as private companies, are sharing public AI transformation strategies and innovation case studies. A total of 56 exhibition booths—including 52 from companies and 4 from public institutions—are operating at the venue.
At this event, Samsung SDS showcased its full-stack AI capabilities for the public sector, focusing on the Agent AI platform “FabriX,” the AI collaboration solution “Brity Works,” and the AI data center.
In the exhibition space themed “Agent AI Tailored to Our Department,” WOORIRO CO., LTD showcased examples of public sector innovation using FabriX. These included an AI public complaint supporter that automatically summarizes citizen complaints and routes them to the appropriate agency; an AI-based service for interpreting procurement laws and regulations; and the Government 24 AI search service for citizens. A dedicated area was also set up where visitors could personally experience the Government 24 AI search service, which was implemented using FabriX.
In the exhibition space titled “AI Collaboration Solutions for Public Services Extended to Mobile,” the company showcased a mobile collaboration environment powered by BritWorks. It introduced a collaboration environment that enables work anytime, anywhere—including daily briefings on the go, document search and sharing, and real-time mobile meetings. Visitors could also experience information search and meeting functions using PurpleX on mobile devices.
The company also highlighted its public AI infrastructure capabilities. Under the theme “The Public AI Cloud Chosen by South Korea,” Samsung SDS introduced its public AI infrastructure strategy based on the Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP) and AI data centers.
As the public-private partnership (PPP) cloud service provider for the National Information Resource Management Agency’s Daegu Center, Samsung SDS has established a cloud infrastructure to support the operation of public institutions’ information systems. At this exhibition, the company also presented its AI infrastructure operation strategy—linking the Daegu PPP Center, Dongtan Data Center, and Haenam National AI Computing Center—along with a blueprint for disaster recovery (DR) services.
The company also displayed a physical model of the B300, part of its NVIDIA B300-based GPUaaS (GPU subscription service), which was launched in March as the first of its kind in Korea.
Throughout the event, Samsung SDS will operate a business matching consultation booth for AI companies, proposing AI adoption and utilization strategies to officials from central government ministries, local governments, and public institutions.
On the 24th, the company will present its AX strategy for local government innovation at the “Local Government AI Innovation Case Sharing Network Forum.” At the “AI Innovation Enterprise Technology Forum,” it plans to share strategies and use cases for promoting AI and cloud-based public AX.
Lee Jeong-heon, Executive Vice President and Head of the Strategic Marketing Division at Samsung SDS, said, “Workplace innovation utilizing generative AI and AI agents is gaining momentum in the public sector as well.” He added, “Based on our capabilities in executing domestic AI infrastructure projects and the AX know-how we’ve accumulated across various industries, Samsung SDS will actively support AI innovation in government and public institutions.”
