S2W Inc. Launches Japanese Subsidiary… Targets Both Public and Private Sectors Simultaneously

S2W Inc. announced on the 24th that it held a press conference and opening ceremony in Tokyo, Japan, on the 23rd to commemorate the launch of its Japanese subsidiary.

The event was attended by CEO Seo Sang-deok, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Park Geun-tae, Chief Product Officer (CPO) Kim Jae-ki, and Head of the Japan Subsidiary Heita Miyoshi, who introduced the company’s core technologies, product portfolio, and business strategy for Japan.

S2W Inc. is an AI company specializing in the security and industrial sectors. Its portfolio includes “XAVIS CO., Ltd.,” a security AI platform for public and government agencies; “QUAXAR,” a security AI solution for enterprises; and “SAIP,” an ontology-based decision-making platform. Recently, the company has been recognized for its AI-based data intelligence capabilities through collaborations with global law enforcement agencies and big tech companies.

During the event, the company shared its operational plans for the Japanese subsidiary, its customer support system, and strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding partnerships. Additionally, presentations were held on topics such as supply chain security, cyber threat intelligence (CTI), and AI-based data intelligence technologies.

S2W Inc. has recently been achieving success in the Japanese market. Last March, the company secured a contract renewal with a Japanese government agency, with the contract value increased to more than 3.5 times the size of the previous agreement, demonstrating its technological capabilities.

Building on this success, the company plans to use its Japanese subsidiary as a base to establish a customer-centric technical support system and expand cooperation with local partners to simultaneously target both the public and private sectors.

CEO Seo Sang-deok stated, “Japan is a strategic market where investment in digital transformation (DX) and AI transformation (AX) is rapidly expanding, and demand for cybersecurity is steadily increasing,” adding, “We will develop our Japanese subsidiary into a key hub for our business expansion in Asia.”

Heita Miyoshi, Head of the Japanese subsidiary, said, “Based on our understanding of the local industrial environment, we will focus on establishing a stable foothold in the Japanese market and expanding our ecosystem of customers and partners.”
