RaonSecure Co., Ltd. announced on the 24th that CEO Lee Soon-hyung had purchased 25,800 shares of the company’s common stock on the open market. The total purchase amount was 201,355,600 won. With this purchase, CEO Lee Soon-hyung’s total shareholding has increased to 1,960,000 shares, including the 1,934,200 shares he already held.
RaonSecure Co., Ltd. stated, “This move demonstrates confidence in the company’s mid- to long-term growth potential and business competitiveness,” adding, “It reflects our commitment to enhancing corporate value and shareholder value, focusing on future growth areas such as Agentic AI and quantum security.”
RaonSecure Co., Ltd. is pursuing the development of AI security technologies centered on its “Autonomous Security Operations” platform and “AAM (Agentic AI Management),” with the goal of launching them within the year.
The company is expanding the adoption of quantum-resistant cryptography among financial institutions, including KDB Life Insurance, and is currently in discussions with multiple clients regarding further implementation. Its strategy is to proactively address the growing demand for security expected as the transition to the national cryptographic system gains momentum.
The company is extending its competitive edge in authentication and security technologies—accumulated through blockchain-based mobile IDs, digital IDs, and FIDO-based biometric authentication—into the fields of Agentic AI security and quantum security.
