[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd.(060850)announced on the 25th that its corporate culture innovation platform, “EverAsk,” won the Daesang in the Corporate Culture Innovation Platform category at the “2026 National Service Awards.”

The National Daesang is hosted by the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies (IPS) and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Seoul Graduate School of Science and Technology (aSSIST), and the Dong-A Ilbo. The awards select outstanding services and brands based on a comprehensive evaluation of service competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

This award recognizes Everesc’s differentiated competitiveness as a platform that fosters questions and participation within organizations and supports data-driven organizational culture innovation.

Everesc is a corporate culture innovation platform that enables employees to freely share their opinions regardless of job title or tenure through an anonymous feedback feature. It fosters communication and collaboration within the organization by offering various engagement features such as question contests, surveys, and idea submissions.

A key feature is its organizational culture diagnostic function, which applies a global HR survey framework. By enabling organizations to conduct organizational culture diagnostics and analyses directly on the platform—processes that previously relied on external consulting—it helps organizations analyze aspects such as organizational culture, leadership, and collaboration levels based on data and drive improvement initiatives.

YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. explained that it utilizes Everesc in its own organizational operations to incorporate employees’ opinions and ideas into management decisions and to foster a culture of participatory communication.

Kwon Young-beom, CEO of YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd., said, “Good ideas don’t come only from specific job levels or a select few talented individuals—they emerge from all corners of the organization,” adding, “Everesc is a platform that connects employees’ thoughts and experiences to the organization’s assets.”

He added, “We will foster an organizational culture where questions and discussions come naturally, and support more companies in harnessing their employees’ potential as a driving force for growth.”
