LG CNS Launches ERP Test Solution Featuring Agent-Based AI

Agentic AI Integrated into PerfectWin ERP Edition Test design that used to take several days is now completed within a few hours Automated Analysis of Error Causes and Proposed Solutions Expanding Global Operations with a Focus on SAP and the Japanese Market

[Edaily Reporter Shin Yeong-bin ] LG CNS (#LG CNS) has launched an enterprise resource planning (ERP) test automation solution powered by agentic artificial intelligence (AI) and is stepping up its push into the global market.

LG Corp. announced on the 25th that it has launched “PerfectWin ERP Edition,” which is equipped with agent-based AI.

PerfectWin ERP Edition is an ERP test automation solution based on real-transaction data, specifically tailored for SAP ERP systems. It enhances system stability and operational efficiency by proactively identifying potential defects and errors before migrating existing ERP systems to SAP’s latest ERP platform, S/4HANA, or before launching a new ERP system.

The newly launched PerfectWin ERP Edition is characterized by its use of agentic AI to automatically generate test scenarios, analyze the causes of errors, and generate result reports.

Since ERP systems integrate and manage core business functions such as finance, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and human resources, the scope of operations requiring pre-validation and the number of test scenarios are vast. Previously, business administrators had to manually design test items and scenarios, a process that took several days.

LG CNS has implemented Agentic AI to automatically generate test scenarios by analyzing processes and actual operational data for each business area. This enables the scenario design process, which previously took several days, to be completed within a few hours.

The AI independently determines the optimal test scenarios without requiring business personnel to separately specify the business processes to be verified or appropriate test cases. Customers can reduce their ERP testing time while verifying a wide range of scenarios that humans might easily overlook.

The test execution process has also been automated. During testing, the AI identifies anomalies and the causes of errors, and even suggests solutions for issues requiring follow-up action. The company explains that this allows even non-test experts to verify ERP systems more easily, thereby enhancing the stability and quality of ERP migration projects.

Agentic AI also automatically generates various deliverables, such as test execution reports, to support the systematic management of test results.

LG CNS plans to further develop the PerfectWin ERP Edition into an autonomous testing solution. The company aims to establish an “Agent Orchestration” system within the year, where Agent AI agents collaborate autonomously to perform the entire testing process—from scenario generation to execution, analysis, error correction, and verification—independently.

The company is also expanding its global business. LG Corp. recently operated a standalone booth at “SAP Sapphire 2026” in Orlando, Florida, where it showcased the Agent-based AI-powered PerfectWin ERP Edition. LG Corp. is the only Korean company to have participated in the event for three consecutive years since 2024, continuing its collaboration with SAP.

Last April, LG Corp. also participated in “Japan IT Week,” Japan’s largest IT exhibition, for the third consecutive year. LG Corp. is strengthening its foothold in the Japanese market by signing a PerfectWin reseller partnership with Hitachi Solution Create, an IT subsidiary of Japan’s Hitachi Group.

Jeon Han-shin, Executive Vice President and Head of the Enterprise Solutions Business Division at LG Corp., stated, “Based on the PerfectWin ERP Edition, which incorporates Agentic AI technology, we plan to actively respond to the demand for SAP Cloud ERP migration and further strengthen our global business.” He added, “We will provide differentiated AX services to enable our global customers to implement Agentic AI-based intelligent work environments more quickly.”
