Finding drawings relied solely on file names or folder structures, and high-spec PCs and expensive dedicated software were essential. Innotena’s new technology enables real-time searches based on multidimensional criteria by extracting not only filenames but also metadata, attribute information, and the drawings’ unique vector values. In particular, this vector data integrates instantly with a company’s internal AI systems or large language model (LLM)-based design analysis systems, establishing an infrastructure that transforms vast design drawings into data assets for AI training and analysis.
From a security perspective, original 2D drawings and 3D BIM files are stored 100% isolated on a central server in an encrypted state, while only rendered visual information is transmitted to end devices via screen streaming. Since original files are not downloaded to external devices, the company has established a zero-trust security system that completely eliminates the risk of core technology leakage overseas.
The system also offers exceptional ease of use. Based on an HTML5 web browser, it allows users to view and collaborate on large-volume 3D BIM data in real time on a variety of devices—including smartphones and tablets, as well as high-spec PCs—without the need to install any separate software.
