OdinAi 1.0 is a next-generation intelligent video analytics solution powered by visual-language model (VLM) technology, characterized by its ability to linguistically understand situations and contexts beyond simple object recognition. This enables it to provide advanced analytical capabilities, such as precise object recognition and people counting, even in environments with a large number of video channels. With this listing on the Digital Service Mall, LaonPeople Inc. has secured a sales channel to directly supply its products to government ministries, local governments, and public institutions. Demand-side organizations can purchase the product via direct contract through the National Procurement Service (Nara Jangteo) without going through a separate bidding process. Previously, on the 11th, LaonPeople Inc.’s Odin AI 1.0 was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ “Pilot Purchase Program for Technology Development Products” (valid from May 22, 2026, to March 15, 2029), thereby receiving recognition for its suitability for public sector adoption and its technological capabilities. A company official stated, “Through our listing on the Digital Service Mall and selection for the Pilot Purchase Program, we have demonstrated the competitiveness of our VLM-based video analysis technology in the public surveillance and safety sectors.” The official added, “As we are currently carrying out various government projects—including AX demonstration projects, global surveillance projects, NPU semiconductor demonstrations, and PCB manufacturing advancement projects—we plan to expand our business into smart cities, public facility safety, and disaster prevention surveillance starting in the second half of the year.” The spokesperson continued, “We expect to expand our market share in the public sector through synergies generated by the pilot procurement project and securing nationwide procurement channels,” adding, “We will not only improve our financial performance through increased orders and revenue growth but also strengthen our foundation for mid- to long-term growth.”
Meanwhile, detailed specifications and pricing information for Odin AI 1.0 are available on the Public Procurement Service’s “Nara Jangteo” Comprehensive Shopping Mall (Digital Service Mall).
