[Edaily Reporter Park Jung-Soo ] COPUS KOREA Co., Ltd.(322780)announced on the 29th that it has decided to conduct a third-party private placement worth 7.4999 billion won to secure operating funds. The company will issue a total of 5,716,461 common shares to Artist Studio, Jidam Media, and Storyark Studio, with the issue price set at 1,312 won per share (based on a reference share price of 1,457 won, representing a 10% discount). The new shares are scheduled to be listed on August 31.
