The company plans to provide a comprehensive service—including installation, operation, content configuration, and on-site technical support—to ensure customers can use the robots for as long as needed. It explains that this allows customers to utilize humanoid robots for specific event purposes without the need for dedicated specialized staff.
IL ROBOTICS has previously operated humanoid robots at major international events such as the Chosun Ilbo Asian Leadership Conference (ALC) and the Seoul Economic Daily Seoul Forum, and has established a track record of commercial use by performing brand promotion and customer service tasks at new car launch events for global automotive brands.
The “ILBot Y1” is a model suitable for exhibitions, education, hands-on events, and customer guidance, while the “ILBot H2” can be used in environments requiring human interaction, such as performances, entertainment, brand promotions, and AI guidance services.
The company plans to continuously enhance AI performance and service quality by analyzing the operational data accumulated through its rental service.
A company representative stated, “Humanoid robots are rapidly moving beyond the research and demonstration stages and into actual service settings such as performances, events, and retail stores,” adding, “Through the launch of this rental service, we aim to support more companies in easily adopting humanoid robots and enhance our service competitiveness based on data accumulated in the field.”
