[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] Sky Worldwide (Bitnine Co, Ltd.(357880)), a provider of Agent AI and database (DB) solutions, has partnered with TSID, a security and authentication specialist, to strengthen its competitiveness in AI database (DB) security.
Sky E-WORLD announced on the 30th that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with TSID to advance the authentication and security technologies of its AI and DB solutions.

(Photo courtesy of Sky Worldwide) Amid growing concerns over the security of databases and AI platforms—driven by the recent proliferation of generative AI and Agent AI, as well as the increasing use of cloud-based data—the two companies plan to jointly develop security-enhanced solutions that combine authentication technology with AI DB technology.
TSID possesses real-time dynamic authentication technology that generates a unique code for each session, rather than relying on passwords, biometric data, or fixed authentication keys. The company explains that this method—which verifies users using authentication values that change based on the situation and conditions—can reduce the risks of account takeover, credential leakage, and unauthorized access.
The two companies intend to build a zero-trust-based AI DB solution that blocks security threats from the very first stage of data access by integrating TSID’s authentication technology with “ONTOVIA,” an Agent AI developed by SkyWorldwide that utilizes patented graph database (GDB) technology.
Based on this, they plan to pursue commercialization primarily in public and private markets—such as finance and defense—where high-trust authentication is required.
Shin Jae-hyuk, CEO of Sky Worldwide, stated, “In the AI era, competitiveness does not lie in possessing large amounts of data, but rather in technologies that securely protect data and ensure reliability,” adding, “We will build a high-trust AI DB infrastructure that can be used with confidence in both the public and private sectors.”
Meanwhile, Sky World Wide is an AI solutions company that holds South Korea’s only patent for graph database technology. It supplies products such as the PostgreSQL-based DBMS “AgensSQL,” the graph DBMS “AgensGraph,” and the hybrid Agent AI “Ontovia.”
