EVERYBOT Inc. has recently been actively pursuing its Physical AI-based humanoid business. It is also developing a humanoid platform applicable to industrial settings based on autonomous navigation and 3D vision technologies.

FPA is a factory automation specialist established in 2011. The company has built up a strong track record based on its technical expertise in designing, integrating, and implementing automation equipment for all stages of solar cell manufacturing lines. Leveraging its precision and high-speed handling technology for thin-film components, vision technology, and line consulting capabilities, FPA is expanding its business into advanced manufacturing sectors such as displays, semiconductors, electric vehicles, and defense, and holds 44 domestic and international patents.

The two companies plan to expand the demonstration of humanoid robots performing repetitive and hazardous tasks in manufacturing environments. They will also embark on the development of AI-based robot solutions capable of performing various tasks, such as in-process material handling, material supply, inspection assistance, and production support.

Furthermore, by combining EVERYBOT Inc.’s autonomous navigation technology with FPA’s manufacturing automation capabilities, the two companies will jointly develop autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and process logistics automation platforms optimized for manufacturing environments. They expect this collaboration to contribute to improving productivity, alleviating labor shortages, and enhancing workplace safety for manufacturing companies.

In particular, EVERYBOT Inc. plans to expand the scope of pilot projects for humanoid and industrial autonomous robots based on FPA’s network of manufacturing clients and on-site experience, and to accelerate its entry into the smart factory market in the future.

EVERYBOT Inc. is diversifying its business portfolio beyond home service robots to include autonomous robots, care robots, personal mobility solutions, and physical AI-based humanoid robots. The company aims to become a leading next-generation robotics platform provider by collaborating with partners across various industries.

An EVERYBOT Inc. official stated, “This agreement marks an important starting point for applying EVERYBOT Inc.’s humanoid and AI autonomous driving technologies to actual manufacturing sites,” adding, “Through our collaboration with FPA, we will develop various robot solutions tailored to the needs of the manufacturing sector and expand our business scope beyond the domestic smart factory market to the global industrial robot market.”
