YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. Begins Implementation of Next-Generation ERP for JINSUNG T.E.C.… Enhancing Global Operations System

[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd.(060850)announced on the 1st that it has begun a project to implement a next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for JINSUNG T.E.C., a manufacturer of construction machinery parts.

Founded in 1982, JINSUNG T.E.C. is a KOSDAQ-listed company that produces core undercarriage components for construction machinery, such as rollers, idlers, and sprockets. It operates production bases in South Korea, China, the United States, Thailand, and other locations, expanding its global business.

This project focused on upgrading the existing system while standardizing company-wide business processes and establishing an integrated operating system.

JINSUNG T.E.C. plans to integrate key business functions—including production and quality, sales and exports, purchasing and imports, materials and logistics, cost and profitability, accounting, budgeting, and finance, as well as human resources and payroll—based on YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd.’s “K-System ERP.” The company will also pursue integration with existing systems such as groupware, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Throughout the project, the two companies will concurrently pursue business innovation by standardizing business processes and master data through Process Innovation (PI) and establishing a clear framework of roles and responsibilities. The goal is to manage core data—including production, inventory, cost, and profitability—within a single system and provide real-time management information to enhance decision-making efficiency.

In particular, the companies plan to establish a globally integrated operating system where the headquarters and overseas branches utilize the same master data and business processes, thereby laying the groundwork to support future overseas business expansion. This is expected to enhance the efficiency of global consolidated financial reporting and supply chain management.

Yoon Seong-soo, CEO of JINSUNG T.E.C., stated, “This next-generation ERP implementation is more than just a system replacement; it is a project to establish the management infrastructure that will support the company’s growth strategy.” He added, “We will enhance consistency in business operations and management visibility, and build an operational system that allows us to respond more agilely to changes in the global business environment.”

Park Yoon-kyung, Vice President of YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd., remarked, “For global manufacturing companies, it is crucial to integrate and manage operational systems—which are currently dispersed across different sites—under a single standard.” She added, “Based on our experience in implementing ERP systems tailored to the manufacturing industry, we will actively support JINSUNG T.E.C. in establishing standardized processes and building a globally integrated operational system.”
