They previously released their first mini-album and promoted it in May of last year. “Playlist #Your Youth” is their second mini-album, released after about a year. The album features a total of six tracks, including the title track “GENE,” as well as “Tuesday,” “Stand By Me,” “Cause I Wanna Feel Your Face,” “Echo,” and “Comma 9999.” The title track “GENE” is a house-based track with a dreamy atmosphere. The music video teaser released the previous day featured the members of YUAYU delivering an energetic performance on the beach. Their agency, Dreamcatcher Company, stated, “This song sensually captures YUAYU’s confident attitude and unique charm.” All tracks from the album will be released at 6 p.m. today via various online music platforms.
