DL E&C CO., LTD. announced on the 2nd that it received the “Outstanding” rating for the second consecutive year in the “2025 Mutual Cooperation Evaluation Among Construction Contractors” released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The company explained that this recognition reflects comprehensive acknowledgment of its achievements in fostering mutual growth with partner companies, safety management, and ESG management.

The Mutual Cooperation Evaluation is a system introduced to promote balanced development in the construction industry and enhance construction efficiency by establishing cooperative frameworks between general contractors and specialized contractors, as well as between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. Ratings are assigned based on a comprehensive evaluation of joint contracting and subcontracting performance with partner companies, efforts to foster partner companies, and creditworthiness. Outstanding companies receive benefits such as bonus points in public construction project bids administered by the Public Procurement Service and local governments, additional points when calculating construction capability evaluation amounts, and reductions in penalty points under the Framework Act on the Construction Industry.

DL E&C CO., LTD. received high marks in the area of partner company development, including financial support, employee training, joint technology development and technical support, and the operation of a mutual growth council. In particular, the company was recognized for its efforts toward regional mutual growth by expanding joint contracting with local partner companies on major projects—such as Naepo First in South Chungcheong Province, Geomdan Well County in Incheon, and Ulleung Airport in North Gyeongsang Province—thereby raising its evaluation score in this category compared to the previous year.

The company also achieved results in the area of safety management. It has promoted safety management in collaboration with partner companies by conducting safety experience training and roundtable discussions for partner company CEOs and actively implementing integrated work platforms at new private construction sites.

In addition, DL E&C CO., LTD. operates the “Construction Shared Growth Executive Program,” the industry’s first customized graduate-level education support program for partner companies, and continues to provide technical support for the adoption of smart construction technologies and productivity improvements. The company is also striving to foster a culture of shared growth by hosting the annual “Hansup Partners Day,” where it selects and honors outstanding partner companies.

A DL E&C CO., LTD. official stated, “Based on the understanding that the growth of our partner companies is directly linked to DL E&C CO., LTD.’s competitiveness, we will continue to expand various support measures to grow together with them and take the lead in creating a sustainable construction ecosystem grounded in mutual growth and safety.”
