The “Post-Retirement Spending” section explains health insurance premiums, appropriate living expenses in retirement, actual living costs by category, and methods for retirement planning. The “Post-Retirement Pensions” section introduces the so-called “three-tier pension system”—comprising the National Pension, corporate pensions, and individual pensions—which are the core assets for retirement living. The “Post-Retirement Investing” section includes asset allocation strategies that individual investors can implement, as well as information on Target Risk Funds (TRFs) and Target Income Funds (TIFs), which are pension asset management solutions. The “Post-Retirement Life” section covers overall changes in life after retirement, including living environments, social relationships, retirement income and employment, health, and leisure activities.
