[Edaily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] CASTEC KOREA CO.,LTD(071850)announced on the 3rd that Mr. Lee has filed a lawsuit against the company seeking to overturn a resolution passed at the shareholders’ meeting.
The plaintiff requested that the resolution passed at CASTEC KOREA CO.,LTD’s shareholders’ meeting on March 27 to appoint Mr. Yoon as an inside director be rescinded. The statement of claim also included a request that the defendant bear the litigation costs.
The court with jurisdiction is the Busan District Court, Western Branch. CASTEC KOREA CO.,LTD stated, “We plan to respond in accordance with legal procedures.”
