[E-Daily Reporter Park Jung-Soo ] Paratech Company Limited(033540)announced on the 6th that it has signed a contract with Cheongna Smart City for “fire protection construction work for the development project at 86-6 Cheongna-dong (Cheongna Peak One Prugio).”
This contract, disclosed on the 3rd, is a single sales and supply contract with a contract value of 22.4 billion won. This amounts to 12.88% of the company’s most recent consolidated revenue. The contract period runs from July 3, 2026, to November 20, 2029, and construction is scheduled to begin on August 3, 2026.
Paratech Company Limited will handle all fire protection mechanical construction work for this project. Cheongna Peak One Prugio is a large-scale mixed-use development project being built in Incheon’s Cheongna International City, which will feature apartment complexes, officetels, and retail facilities.
The company explained that this contract win was achieved based on the fire protection system construction technology and firefighting equipment manufacturing capabilities it has accumulated over the past 40 years.
Paratech Company Limited has continued to secure contracts in the mixed-use development market this year. It signed a contract worth a total of 13.1 billion won for both fire protection mechanical and electrical work on the new construction of the Changwon Xi The Sky mixed-use complex.
The company has also achieved success in the public sector. It was awarded “Section 2 of the Fire Protection System Construction for the Busan Myeongji A-5BL Apartment Complex,” commissioned by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) and others, through a joint venture. The total project value is approximately 22.9 billion won, with Paratech Company Limited holding a 51% stake.
The Paratech Company Limited plans to enhance its competitiveness by applying its own products—including sprinkler heads, valves, and fire-rated synthetic resin pipes (CPVC)—to construction sites. The company also plans to utilize its own fire protection products to build the fire safety infrastructure for this Cheongna project.
A company official stated, “This contract win demonstrates that our competitive edge—derived from integrating manufacturing and construction—has been recognized even in the large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use development market,” adding, “Based on our technologically innovative products and construction expertise, we will simultaneously pursue both revenue growth and improved profitability.”
