ALT Co.,Ltd. announced on the 6th that Chairman Cheon Byeong-tae recently purchased 9,899 shares of the company’s stock on the open market for approximately 100 million won. The company explained that this was “a measure to reinforce confidence in future growth potential and to strengthen responsible management.” Previously, President Lee Eun-cheol also acquired an additional 3,000 common shares through on-market purchases from the 17th to the 19th of last month, increasing his holdings to 6,000 shares. ALT Co.,Ltd. is expanding its investment in test equipment targeting the high-value-added non-memory semiconductor market, including AI, automotive semiconductors, and high-performance memory controllers. The company explained that it is accelerating efforts to strengthen its production infrastructure and customer response capabilities in line with the trend toward more precise and sophisticated demand for semiconductor back-end testing.
