INNOGENE Co., Ltd. has been conducting research on functional products and biomaterials in the fields of hair loss and scalp care, and has recently expanded its business into distribution to hospitals and clinics as well as the digital healthcare sector, developing functional cosmetics, medical devices, and digital diagnostic platforms. Humic is a CRO (Contract Research Organization) specializing in non-clinical trials using humanized mice. Leveraging its expertise in non-clinical evaluation for anti-aging and novel biopharmaceuticals, the company has established various disease models and efficacy validation systems to support the R&D efforts of domestic and international biotech firms. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to establish a collaborative framework spanning the development of functional materials, efficacy verification, safety assessment, biomarker-based research, and product commercialization. Through this partnership, they aim to develop next-generation anti-aging solutions that integrate anti-aging technology with bio- and healthcare technologies and to expand into the global market.
