[E-Daily Starin YUN GI BACK Reporter] The group Hearts2Hearts has confirmed its official debut in Japan, further expanding its global reach. Having steadily built their presence on local charts and television since their debut, the group now plans to make a full-scale push into the Japanese market with an original Japanese single.

According to their agency, SM Entertainment, on the 7th, Hearts2Hearts will release their first Japanese single, “ICONIC HEART,” on August 12 and make their official debut in Japan. Prior to that, on August 10, they will release all tracks from the single on global music platforms to connect with local fans.
This Japanese debut is not merely the start of overseas activities, but a full-scale move built on the local recognition they have steadily built up since their debut. Following their first mini-album “FOCUS,” which topped the Oricon Daily Album Chart, Hearts to Hearts also reached No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hitseekers Songs Chart with their single “STYLE.” Their recently released second mini-album, “Lemon Tang,” also reached No. 2 on the Oricon Daily Album Chart, continuing their steady upward momentum.
Additionally, they have steadily expanded their reach among the local audience by releasing a Japanese version of “RUDE!” and performing the opening theme for the anime “Sweet & Sour Catch! Tinipping,” currently airing in Japan—both of which are seen as positive factors.
Ahead of their official debut, they are also accelerating their activities in Japan. Hats to Hats will appear on TV Asahi’s “Music Station” (MUSIC STATION), one of Japan’s leading music programs, on the 10th to perform “Lemon Tang” for the first time. An appearance on “Music Station,” considered an iconic program in the Japanese music market, is expected to be an opportunity to take their local recognition to the next level.
Heart to Heart is continuing its successful comeback with “Lemon Tang,” which topped music show charts upon its release last month. The group plans to continue its domestic activities with appearances on MBC M’s “Show! Champion,” Mnet’s “M Countdown,” MBC’s “Show! Music Core,” and SBS’s “Inkigayo.”
