[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] Financial information provider FnGuide Inc.(064850)announced on the 7th that it has appointed Jeon Min-seok, Head of the Business Strategy Division (Vice President), as its new CEO and has transitioned to a co-CEO system.
FnGuide Inc. appointed Mr. Jeon as the new CEO at a board meeting held on the 6th. Consequently, the company has shifted from the previous system of sole CEO Lee Ki-tae to a co-CEO system in which CEOs Lee Ki-tae and Jeon Min-seok will jointly lead the company. The company plans to strengthen accountable management and improve operational efficiency.
After serving in sales and sales planning roles at Nongshim and LF, CEO Jeon joined FnGuide Inc., where he has led the Business Strategy Division and overseen management functions—including human resources and finance—as well as investor relations (IR).
While strengthening communication with investors, he has driven the development of new businesses and business expansion based on collaboration with key clients and partners, and has also led the advancement of AI-based financial information services and the company’s digital transformation.
