[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] U-Know Yunho of the duo TVXQ has urgently changed the venue for his solo concert, “U-KNOW PROJECT 26: SCENE1,” scheduled for three days from the 17th to the 19th, from Ticketlink Live Arena (Handball Stadium) to Jamsil Indoor Stadium. This move comes in response to the prolonged “Jamsil Vote-Counting Center Blockade Protest,” which was organized to condemn the shortage of ballots during the June 3 local elections.

U-KNOW’s agency, SM Entertainment, announced this news on the 7th via a notice posted on the fan platform Weverse.
The agency explained, “As the situation making it difficult to use the Ticketlink Live Arena persists, we were forced to change the venue to ensure the smooth operation of the concert.” They added, “We apologize for the slight delay in this announcement due to the venue approval process.”
There will be no rebooking of tickets due to the venue change. The agency stated, “We plan to assign seats based on your existing booking details,” and added, “We ask for your understanding as it may be difficult to assign seats in the exact same location and condition as your original booking due to the venue change.”
They also stated, “If you wish to receive a refund, please cancel your reservation by 5:00 p.m. on the 15th, and we will issue a full refund without a cancellation fee.”
The Jamsil Indoor Stadium has a larger capacity than the Ticketlink Live Arena (approximately 5,000 seats). Recent concerts held there have accommodated audiences of 5,000 to 6,000 people. The agency stated, “Due to the venue change, additional tickets will be sold for select seats on the third floor only.”
Protests condemning the shortage of ballots for the local elections have been ongoing in the Olympic Park area since the 5th. As a result, the Ticketlink Live Arena—which was being used as a vote-counting center—has been cordoned off, causing disruptions to the singers’ concert schedules.
Earlier, Park Seo-jin canceled the encore performances of her national tour concert “MY NAME IS SEOJIN,” which were scheduled to take place on the 4th and 5th at the Ticketlink Live Arena in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul. The band N.Flying, which is scheduled to hold its solo concert “&CON5: into REM” at the same venue from the 31st of this month through the 2nd of next month, is also closely monitoring the situation and reviewing possible responses.
