[E-Daily Reporter Park Jung-Soo ] Physical AI service robot specialist EVERYBOT Inc.(270660)announced on the 7th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with URACLE. Co. Ltd, a company specializing in AI and mobile platforms, to collaborate on technology and business in the field of Physical AI robots.
This agreement was established to jointly explore business opportunities in the physical AI and humanoid robot sectors by combining URACLE. Co. Ltd’s AI platform technology and corporate AI operational capabilities with EVERYBOT Inc.’s autonomous driving-based robot technology.
Recently, as generative AI has expanded into Physical AI—which makes autonomous decisions and acts in real-world physical environments—the adoption of humanoid and autonomous robots is growing, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, and service sectors. Consequently, the importance of AI platforms that support robots’ perception, decision-making, and execution is also increasing.
URACLE. Co. Ltd supports corporate AI transformation based on its enterprise Agent AI platform “Athena” and AI infrastructure operations platform “AURDA.” The company plans to expand these AI platform operations capabilities into the robotics sector to support the intelligent operation of robots.
EVERYBOT Inc. is an AI service robot company that develops residential and commercial cleaning robots, as well as serving robots. This year, centered around its Physical AI Research Institute, the company is advancing the development of its autonomous mobility platform and conducting research on service-oriented humanoid robots and robot foundation models. It has secured technologies such as LiDAR-based simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM), real-time spatial recognition, object recognition, and obstacle avoidance.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to integrate EVERYBOT Inc.’s robot platform with URACLE. Co. Ltd’s AI platform “Athena” and work together to demonstrate Physical AI solutions, secure reference projects, establish an AI infrastructure operation system, and develop joint business ventures involving humanoid and autonomous robots.
