ROBOTIS Invests 18.1 Billion Won in Robot Automation Investment Fund

[Edaily Reporter Hyera Lee ] ROBOTIS(108490)announced on the 8th that it has decided to invest 18.1 billion won in the Hyundai Investment Partners CL Robo-Automation New Technology Fund. The investment amount is 18.1 billion won, which represents 5.76% of the company’s equity. The scheduled acquisition date is the 14th, and the company’s ownership stake will be 62.85% following the acquisition.
The company will participate in the investment fund as a limited partner (LP), and stated that the purpose of the investment is to secure synergies in the automation of actuator production.
