[Edaily Reporter Hyera Lee ] CHOONG ANG VACCINE LABORATORY(072020)announced on the 8th that it had signed a contract with the Public Procurement Service to supply foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) vaccines for emergency disease control against “SAT1,” a high-risk contagious livestock disease, worth 5.81318 billion won. The contract amount represents 11.85% of the company’s standalone revenue for last year. The contract period runs from the 8th through November 7.
This contract is a government procurement supply contract awarded through a bidding process on the National Procurement Portal. The supplied vaccines will be delivered to locations designated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
