This investment was undertaken to meet the growing demand for equipment and consumables in the global medical aesthetics market and to establish a stable supply system. Through this expansion, Viol Medical has secured the capacity to produce up to 6,500 units per year of key equipment—including SYLFIRM X, DUOTITE, and CELLINEW—and up to 3.5 million consumables per year. The production space for equipment and consumables has also been expanded to more than double its previous size, and production efficiency and manufacturing competitiveness have been enhanced through the installation of additional automated equipment and the in-house production of certain key processes. The expanded manufacturing facility has received certification of compliance with the Medical Device Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). The company is also strengthening its response to overseas markets based on global quality certification systems, including the European Union (EU) MDR Quality Management System certification, MDSAP, and ISO 13485. A Viol Medical official stated, “We will continue to enhance our production infrastructure and quality management systems to strengthen our manufacturing competitiveness in the global medical aesthetics market.”
