[E-Daily Reporter Hyera Lee ] #Graphy Inc. announced on the 9th that it has begun establishing a “Middle East SMA Production Hub” linking Pakistan and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is the company’s second overseas production base, following the one in Canada.

Since signing an export contract with its local distributor in Pakistan, “Bilal Enterprises,” late last year, Graphy Inc. has recorded cumulative sales of approximately $150,000 to date.
Building on this success, the company met with former Pakistani President Arif Ur Rahman Alvi at the “AEEDC” dental exhibition in Dubai this past February and began formal discussions on expanding its business in the Middle East. Former President Alvi, a former orthodontist, will serve as a local business ambassador, while his family’s network of orthodontists will act as key opinion leaders (KOLs) to expand clinical training and the sales base.
Graphy Inc. signed a preliminary contract worth $100,000 in late March to distribute materials and equipment and provide clinical training in the UAE, marking the start of its operations. However, due to the subsequent deterioration of the political situation in the Middle East, local logistics and distribution were temporarily halted. Last month, as the situation began to ease, the company finalized an additional order worth $1 million through renegotiations with its partner, and shipment of that order was completed at the end of last month. Graphy Inc. explained that it is continuing to monitor the situation and make preparations regarding the actual timing for the launch of its production infrastructure.
Graphy Inc. plans to establish a dual-track production system in which Pakistani personnel will handle aligner treatment planning and design, while production will be managed at its Dubai hub. The company intends to proceed with the launch of its production infrastructure in phases, taking into account local political conditions and the logistics environment.
Graphy Inc. official stated, “We will secure a stable aligner supply chain in the Middle East and expand our market presence based on our local clinical network.”
